Cryptocurrencies in Peru

In Peru, Binance is the most used platform, especially its P2P market which allows buying crypto with Peruvian soles (PEN). Buda.com also operates in Peru with direct bank deposits.

Peru does not have specific cryptocurrency regulation. The SBS (Banking and Insurance Superintendency) has issued risk warnings but has not banned their use. Legislation is expected in the coming years.
